I didn’t pick up on the skateboard, but it sure looks like one. Have you seen a skateboarder in the neighborhood.
Maybe you could id the person in the sleeping bag. Love you, Mom

  This neighborhood is nothing BUT skateboards. So many people use them that there’s no way of identifying who the person was. Young and old, they are a form of transportation of a lot of people in this town. Ugh!
