This is my entry for Granny Shot It’s photo challenge: bird. It came my way via Cee’s Photo Challenges page. https://ceenphotography.com/2019/08/13/august-13-botd-sparrow/ As fate would have it, I’d just posted this a few minutes ago, having scheduled it last night, so my “psychic antenna” must have been active!

Detail
Can you see the bee yet? (above)This is the original version of the photograph of the bee. My mission was to capture some images of butterflies. I wasn’t having great luck, but I did succeed with this shot. When I cropped it down to get a better look at the butterfly, I saw the bee in flight. I performed a second crop and was able to present the stunning image at the top of this post. Talk about fortuitous! I was going to wait until tomorrow to post this, but seeing the challenge on Ragtag Daily Prompt: Fortuitous, I decided to unveil it now. Thanks!

Apologies all! I forgot to change the date/time for this post to come up. I saw that it wasn’t on Beautiful photographs, so I took a look and saw my mistake. As you can see, it is now online. I hope you enjoy! Thanks, Russell
