Size Matters: Weekly Prompts Photo Challenge

Can you see the ant? This is my submission to Weekly Prompts Photo Challenge, Size maters. While very tiny, the physical strength of ants is the stuff of which legends are made. Along with other social insects such as honeybees, these creatures exemplify the benefits of cooperative behavior.

Yes I spotted the ant! I attempt to get close-ups of bees but by the time i’m focussed they have taken flight. Thank you for taking part in our challenge, Russ. 🙂

I have the exact same issue with our friends from Order Hymenoptera. They move from flower to flower so quickly!
