Jez’s WWE Challenge: January 9, 2020
There it is in the distance- the Eighth Wonder of the World- The Chesapeake Bay Bridge.
I took a lot of photos of the water on January 5, 2020. As I’ve mentioned before, the water was very choppy, and this created interesting effects. These are my humble submissions to Jez Breatihwaite’s Water Water Everywhere challenge.
As an aside – I put the wrong link for an attempted pingback with yesterday’s WWE. I’ve just corrected the error. This may make it look like I posted two WWE’s in one day. Banish the thought!
Jez’s WWE Challenge: January 8, 2020
The day before yesterday, the water on the Bay was very choppy. With the white tarps on the boats, the turbulent water creates a faux snowy landscape. It was a fairly blustery day, as Winnie the Pooh might say. Here’s another interesting view of the Bay Bridge (See yesterday’s post.) from the vantage point of Bay Ridge. The Bridge is three miles long and is the venue for many charitable walks and runs.
Today’s photo is a bit closer than yesterday’s. These photos are for the very talented Jez Braithwaite and his challenge, Water Water Everywhere. I’m a big fan of Mr. Braithwaite. So if you are not familiar with his work, I heartily encourage you to check out his website.
Jez’s WWE Challenge #9
From Bay Ridge in Annapolis, the Chesapeake Bay Bridge looked simply brilliant with that beam of sunlight cascading down the center of it. Breathtaking!
