You can hardly accuse me of being a master of bird photography. As you can see, my best shots come when the subject is a statue; however, I’d feel remiss if I didn’t participate in this wonderful photo challenge. I’m a firm believer in the adage, “Practice makes perfect,” so I’ll keep trying.

Bird Weekly Photo Challenge – Birds Seen in the Last Two Weeks is brought to us by Lisa Coleman whose blog is called Our Eyes Open.
Practice absolutely makes perfect. I absolutely love the Pelican! That is something that would work well as decor at my house. I saw a robin on TV while watching the masters yesterday and all you could see was the orange reflecting in the pond near a pin hole. Green everywhere and one slither of orange. LOL! 🙂
😃 Robins are beautiful. They a lot of personality as well. They have a special place in my heart as my late wife was named Robin. ❤️
Oh Russell, I’m so sorry for your loss. That is a really sweet sentiment and I can understand why they are so special to you. 🙂
Thanks, Lisa. I appreciate it.
You are so welcome! 🙂
Beautiful clicks, Russell 🙂
Thank you! I’m not happy with most of them, but there are a few of some merit.
Oh don’t be so harsh on yourself Russell, they’re all pretty.
You are very kind! 😌
I love your pelican, Russell! …all birds are awesome!
Thank you! 😃
