The stress of waiting for the old King to pass onto the other side was taking its toll on Princess Pirouette. Sending word to GarGar, le comte des Deux Chats, she decided to go an a short pilgrimage to a shrine just beyond the capital walls. While a groom led her palfrey by the bridle, she rode through the streets of the city. When word of her movements reached the people, they lined the streets throwing flowers in her path.
“What an inspired carpet the people have created for you!” Exclaimed GarGar who rode by her side.
I was born at the American Hospital in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France. I find inspiration in the lives of so many people from Joan of Arc to Oscar Wilde. While my primary avocation is photography, I also enjoy philosophy, theology and most of all, history. My beloved wife, Robin Anne Smith, who passed away in 2013 is an inspiration to me. My beloved partner, Dana is also a great support and inspiration to me. I'd be remiss if I did not mention my cats: Maxwell, Nigel, Pirouette and GarGar.
