After such a long period of peace and prosperity, there were few alive who could remember King GarGar’s exploits on the field of battle, or Queen Pirouette’s mild governance. It is human nature to accept the good things in life as par for the course. This would explain the outrage among the citizens of Catapolis when the Crown Prince, GarGar Two rode his horse over and killed a pedestrian.
Mobs broke into storehouses and stole the grain. Shops had their windows smashed. Merchants were attacked in the streets. Fires were set. Pandemonium reigned supreme.
I can’t think of anything more appropriate than cats at the centre of a story about kings and queens.
When I take my dogs for a walk we sometimes come across a cat sitting in a driveway. It doesn’t move, just stares as my dogs lose their minds.
I love your stories and pictures!
Thank you so much! You are so kind!
Is GarGar Two just a fictional character or is there another? I like your story even though it is quite tragic!
Thank you! GarGar Two is 100% fictional. LOL
