Ragtag Daily Prompt: Isolate

Max 1Maxwell paused on the sidewalk in front of the house at 333 Elm Grove Street and surveyed the field of battle. The house was unremarkable- a two-story affair with cream colored aluminum siding, a red brick chimney and fake shutters painted green. So this is where my next quarry is to be found. He mused.

The battle plan for demonic possession was plain and simple, and held steady for a few thousand years. It proceeded thus: (1) Isolate, (2) Separate, (3) Intimidate, and (4) Obliterate. It was a tried and true game-plan that never failed to yield results. Maxwell was personally credited with capturing dozens upon dozens of souls for the Master. As a veteran soul snatcher for Satan, Maxwell had few, if any rivals.

I was born at the American Hospital in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France. I find inspiration in the lives of so many people from Joan of Arc to Oscar Wilde. While my primary avocation is photography, I also enjoy philosophy, theology and most of all, history. My beloved wife, Robin Anne Smith, who passed away in 2013 is an inspiration to me. My beloved partner, Dana is also a great support and inspiration to me. I'd be remiss if I did not mention my cats: Maxwell, Nigel, Pirouette and GarGar.
